[Asia Economy Reporter Jihwan Park] Bitcoin, the cryptocurrency with the largest market capitalization, is showing a downward trend in both domestic and international markets, recording 10.7 million KRW and 9,500 USD levels.
According to the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb on the 25th, as of 3:57 PM, Bitcoin was priced at 10,715,000 KRW, down 2.40% (263,000 KRW) compared to 24 hours earlier. The trading volume for the day was approximately 62.8 billion KRW.
Most other cryptocurrencies also showed a decline. Ethereum (-0.68%), EOS (-0.49%), and Ripple (-1.25%) are among those falling.
The downward trend is also evident in overseas markets. According to the cryptocurrency market data company CoinMarketCap, at the same time, Bitcoin was down 4.83% compared to 24 hours earlier, priced at 8,803.31 USD.
