Through this special inspection, the focus is on checking the cleanliness of cooking facilities, hygienic handling of food, and whether workers are wearing sanitary clothing, while collecting suspicious food items for safety tests such as E. coli and food poisoning bacteria.
Additionally, the overall hygiene management situation, including delivery box management, is being inspected, and on-site guidance is provided for disinfection and ventilation of business premises in accordance with social distancing quarantine guidelines.
