LIG Nex1 Delivers Communication System to Indonesia
[Asia Economy Reporter Yang Nak-gyu] LIG Nex1 will participate in a telecommunications system construction project worth a total of 159.2 billion KRW, led by the Indonesian National Police.
According to LIG Nex1 on the 20th, they plan to deliver the 'Trunked Radio System (TRS)' to the Indonesian National Police by 2022. TRS is a method where multiple users share multiple frequencies through wireless relay stations.
The company explained that it is a digital communication system integrating voice and data communication, enabling group calls and high-speed data communication, and only authorized personnel can use it, ensuring excellent security.
Since exporting the frequency-hopping radio PRC-999K in 2006, they have supplied numerous communication devices and systems to the Indonesian military and National Police.
LIG Nex1 expects this contract to serve as an opportunity to expand its export market in Southeast Asia.
