SPC Group Opens Salad Specialty Store 'Pig in the Garden COEX Branch'
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] SPC Group's salad brand Pig in the Garden announced on the 20th that it has opened its 4th store on the 1st floor of Starfield COEX Mall.
Pig in the Garden COEX Branch is the fourth store following Yeouido, Gangnam, and Pangyo locations, situated on the 1st floor of the COEX Mall Urban Airport Terminal, covering 219㎡ with 101 seats. The newly launched store features a 'garden in the city' concept, decorated throughout with various plants to create a nature-friendly atmosphere, and an open kitchen concept allowing customers to see the cooking process.
Pig in the Garden is a fine casual salad specialty store where customers can enjoy high-quality salads at reasonable prices. The brand metaphorically expresses 'healthy satiety,' meaning salads can be as delicious and filling as a meal. The menu consists of bowl salads made to order, grill items, and plates composed by selecting scoop salads. The grill menu and scoop salads are regularly updated using seasonal vegetables.
