He promised, "We will definitely create a security work environment where safety is guaranteed," and added, "We will carefully examine and supplement any deficiencies in related laws and systems."
After paying his respects, Prime Minister Chung attached a post-it note to the memorial altar with the phrase, "We will surely achieve a society that respects people."
