BTS Agency Conducts Disinfection of Headquarters Building... Impact of COVID-19 Closure at Yanolja Headquarters
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyungsoo] As the number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) surges again, Big Hit Entertainment, the agency of BTS, is initiating disinfection measures at its headquarters.
On the 13th, Big Hit announced, "We plan to disinfect the headquarters building" and "We will faithfully comply with the health authorities' measures." Big Hit's headquarters is located in the MDM Tower in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu.
This action follows a confirmed COVID-19 case of an employee from the accommodation platform company Yanolja, which is headquartered in the MDM Tower. The Yanolja employee who tested positive worked in the Dongil Tower opposite the MDM Tower. To proactively address transmission concerns, Yanolja closed both the building where the confirmed case worked and the nearby headquarters building.
