Seodaemun-gu Assigns Road Name Addresses to 20 Public Restrooms
Solar-Powered LED Building Number Signs Attached for High Visibility and Bright Surroundings at Night
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Moon Seok-jin) recently assigned road name addresses to 20 public restrooms in the area and installed 'solar-powered LED building number plates.'
Until now, there were no road name addresses, so location was indicated using lot number addresses or the road name addresses of nearby buildings.
This assignment of road name addresses is expected to help more efficient facility management and prompt response in emergency situations.
The district also installed number plates made of solar-powered LED products that are highly visible at night and brighten the surroundings to increase psychological comfort for public restroom users and aid pedestrian safety.
