Confirmed Cases Related to Itaewon Clubs Increase to 5 as of the 10th... Total 69 Cases
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] In Gangnam-gu, four additional people, including visitors to Itaewon clubs, tested positive, bringing the total number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in Gangnam-gu to 69.
Earlier, Gangnam-gu conducted proactive specimen testing on 89 club visitors to prevent regional spread from Itaewon clubs, identifying 4 asymptomatic confirmed cases among them.
Gangnam-gu immediately isolated the confirmed cases and carried out disinfection of facilities visited according to their movement paths and residential areas. Residents nearby were instructed to undergo specimen testing at the Gangnam-gu Public Health Center regardless of symptoms.
