Recruitment of Participants for Gender Equality Culture Platform Targeting Youth
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family announced on the 10th that it is recruiting for the youth-led gender equality culture platform 'Butterknife Crew,' which creates a future vision from a gender equality perspective.
Following last year, this year as well, activities such as research, campaigns, and content production will be carried out by youth themselves to foster gender equality changes across various areas of daily life for the 2030 generation, including work, safety, housing, and health.
Applications are open from the 11th to the 31st and can be submitted in groups of three or more. Applicants can download the application form from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family website's News & Notices section or the official recruitment page and apply via email.
A total of about 24 groups will be selected, with project funding of up to 7.5 million KRW provided.

Meanwhile, the 'Youth Regional Gender Equality Culture Innovation' project, where young people improve gender equality culture in their own regions, will be newly launched in four metropolitan cities and provinces, and the Ministry will recruit participants in May.
