Three Museums Including Suwon Museum Offer Free Admission Throughout May
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Suwon City in Gyeonggi Province will waive admission fees for three museums in the area, including Suwon Museum, throughout the month of May.
On the 8th, Suwon City announced that to revitalize the cultural and tourism sectors, which had been stagnant due to the prolonged closure of museums amid the spread of COVID-19, admission fees for Suwon Museum, Suwon Hwaseong Museum, and Suwon Gwanggyo Museum will be waived until the end of this month.
Visitors are allowed entry only after wearing masks, using hand sanitizer, and undergoing a fever check with a thermal camera. However, group visits are not permitted.

A museum official explained, "The three Suwon City museums, which had been closed for a long time, reopened on the 6th," adding, "However, visitors who have traveled abroad within the last 14 days or those exhibiting fever symptoms are not allowed to enter."
