On the morning of the 7th, Cho Jeong-sik, chairman of the Democratic Party's Policy Committee, said at a policy coordination meeting held at the National Assembly, "The government will announce today the direction for promoting the Korean New Deal aimed at creating digital-based jobs," adding, "The Democratic Party is preparing comprehensive tasks such as K-quarantine and the bio-green industry in preparation for the 'post-COVID' era, and will establish promotion strategies through consultations between the party and the government."
Chairman Cho explained, "We will ensure that the achievements of K-quarantine, which has established itself as a global standard for the COVID-19 response system, are realized in the economic sector as well," and added, "We will prioritize swift and accurate policy implementation above all."
