The application period for this contest project is until the 22nd, and the contest fields are ▲Seedling Stage (initial resident meetings) ▲Execution Stage (continuous projects) ▲Our Village Together Special Projects, totaling three categories.
The district is conducting the contest project in two halves, first and second half of the year, to provide more opportunities for residents who wish to participate. Through the first half contest held in February, 43 projects in seven fields (neighbor-making, seedling stage, diversification, alley-making, resident coalition projects, space support, bridge projects) were selected and a total of 100 million KRW in project funds was granted.
Unlike the first half contest project which supported various project discoveries and mainly initial meetings, this second half contest plans to prioritize projects with execution power focusing on continuous projects considering the project period.
This project has a total scale of 100 million KRW, and after review by the Mapo-gu Village Making Committee and the Local Subsidy Deliberation Committee, project funds ranging from 3 million KRW to a maximum of 7 million KRW will be supported per village project.
Eligibility for application includes resident groups of three or more people or non-profit organizations whose address or living area (workplace, school, etc.) is in Mapo-gu. Those wishing to apply can download the application form from the notice section on the Mapo-gu Office website (www.mapo.go.kr), fill it out, and submit it through the Seoul Village Community Comprehensive Support Center (http://www.seoulmaeul.org).
The district will comprehensively review the validity and effectiveness of the projects and select the final projects in July. The selected projects will be promoted until November of this year after signing an agreement with Mapo-gu.
To prevent COVID-19, the project briefing session is omitted and non-face-to-face village consultations are being conducted together. Therefore, questions about how to write project proposals and budget execution standards for the contest project application can be resolved through village consultations. Village consultations can be requested at the Mapo-gu Village Autonomy Center (3476-0622, info@maponet.org).
For other detailed information about the contest project, please refer to the announcement on the Mapo-gu Office website or contact the Mapo-gu Autonomous Administration Division (3153-8313) or the Mapo-gu Village Autonomy Center (3476-0622) for guidance.
