On the 4th, Min Gap-ryong, Commissioner of the National Police Agency, held a press conference at the headquarters in Migeun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, stating, "Since the establishment of the Digital Sex Crime Special Investigation Headquarters (Special Investigation Unit), we have conducted full-scale investigations, arresting 420 individuals to date, of whom 68 have been detained," and added, "Significant progress has been made in the investigation related to the widely publicized 'Telegram Nth Room' case."

Commissioner Min said, "We have secured meaningful investigative clues so far and are comprehensively analyzing these leads," adding, "We are in the process of identifying suspects and selecting evidence to substantiate the charges.
