Exclusion of Zone 1 Land Management Area in Sinlim Redevelopment Promotion District
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] The Sillim 1 Zone Management Area will be excluded from the Sillim Redevelopment Promotion District in Sillim, Gwanak-gu, Seoul.
Seoul City announced on the 8th that it held the Urban Redevelopment Committee on the 7th and approved the original plan for the amendment of the Sillim Redevelopment Promotion Plan.
The main content of the amendment is to exclude the district unit planning area of the Mirim Living Zone Center in Sillim-dong 1518, which has been managed as the Sillim 1 Zone Management Area within the Sillim Redevelopment Promotion District. This area’s status was strengthened from a living zone center to a district center according to the 2018 2030 Seoul Living Zone Plan, and there has been a continuous need for integrated management with the district unit planning of the adjacent Seoul National University surrounding area.
