Exchange: "BioBill, Audit Opinion 'Disclaimer'... Cause for Delisting Occurs"

The Exchange stated, "The company received a 'disclaimer of opinion' from the auditor on the 2019 fiscal year's financial statements due to scope limitation and uncertainty about the company's ability to continue as a going concern," adding, "We plan to review and resolve the matter by combining it with the delisting grounds from the 2018 fiscal year's audit opinion."

Previously, the company also received a 'disclaimer of opinion' on the 2018 fiscal year's financial statements and was granted an improvement period until the 9th of next month. The company can file an objection by April 8.
