According to the business report, CEO Shin's base salary was 854 million KRW in total. He received 69.6 million KRW monthly from January to March, and 71.7 million KRW monthly from April to December. A total of 692 million KRW was paid as role-based pay, with 55.7 million KRW monthly from January to March and 57.3 million KRW monthly from April to December.

The compensation for former Chairman of the Board Park Jin-soo was 7.282 billion KRW. This amount included a salary of 1.02 billion KRW, bonuses of 752 million KRW, and retirement pay of 5.528 billion KRW.
