Hyundai Motor Company Conducts Ongoing Recruitment for New and Experienced Employees in R&D Headquarters
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Hyundai Motor Company is launching a large-scale talent recruitment drive to strengthen its competitiveness in future car technologies.
Starting from the 30th, Hyundai Motor announced that it will begin continuous recruitment of new graduates and experienced employees in various fields within the Research and Development Division, including ▲hydrogen fuel cells ▲batteries ▲basic vehicle performance, through the Hyundai Motor recruitment website.
With this recruitment of new graduates and experienced employees, Hyundai plans to aggressively hire outstanding talents in the R&D sector amid the rapid changes in the automotive industry, accelerating its efforts to secure technological leadership in future vehicles.
The recruitment covers a total of 62 positions: 23 positions for new graduates (hydrogen fuel cells, vehicle architecture, electrification·chassis·body systems, electronic control, commercial vehicle development, product planning, strategy·support, etc.) and 39 positions for experienced employees (technology development in hydrogen fuel cells·batteries·electrification·autonomous driving systems, advanced materials and eco-friendly energy technology development, software control, vehicle security, analysis, user experience (UX), business planning·development, patent development, technology planning, design strategy·public relations, etc.).
The eligibility criteria for new graduates include those who have obtained (or are expected to obtain) a bachelor's or master's degree domestically or abroad, while experienced employees must have relevant experience in their respective fields or have obtained (or are expected to obtain) a doctoral degree. The application period for new graduates is from the 30th of this month to the 12th of next month, and for experienced employees from the 30th of this month to the 19th of next month. For some positions in the fuel cell and next-generation battery fields, applications can be submitted at any time without a separate deadline, according to each announcement.
