Lotte Department Store Gwangju Conducts 'Disinfection Activities' to Prevent COVID-19 Spread

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Lotte Department Store Gwangju Branch (Manager Na Yeon) announced on the 27th that it conducted disinfection activities by selecting blind spots in the local community to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
About 10 members of the Sha Lotte Volunteer Group participated in this disinfection volunteer activity, which was carried out by directly visiting the Senior Welfare Center located in Dong-gu, a living space for vulnerable groups with weak immunity.
Among the approximately 900 pyeong of internal facilities of the welfare center, disinfection activities were focused on about 500 pyeong of space, mainly the restaurant and main building, which were the most vulnerable and necessary areas for disinfection, covering every corner.
The Sha Lotte Volunteer Group said, "We stepped up to help prevent the spread of infection in the local community due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic," and added, "We hope society becomes safe from COVID-19 as soon as possible."
