They are accused of "joint trespassing and refusal to leave," "joint assault," and "joint intimidation." The Future United Party stated, "The crimes committed by Baek Eun-jong and others occurred nationwide, showed characteristics of organized crime, and were repeatedly committed."
They added, "Baek Eun-jong and others indiscriminately intrude into professors' research offices located inside universities, the National Assembly Members' Office Building, the National Assembly Main Building, private research institutes, rally sites, regional offices of National Assembly members, and the Korean Medical Association office. They have hurled unspeakable insults at victims and have assaulted and threatened them. Baek Eun-jong was even arrested on the spot as a flagrant offender by the police."
They also stated, "They have gained economic benefits not only through advertising revenue on YouTube but also by collecting donations from an unspecified large number of viewers." It is said that 'Seoul-ui Sori' has about 470,000 subscribers. The Future United Party said, "They are openly committing political terror and generating economic profits by having hundreds of thousands of viewers watch. Their actions constitute illegal political terror that requires strong judicial response, but the police and prosecution have not responded strictly to their illegal acts."
