'Hillstate Songdo The Sky' attracts 58,000 applicants... closes with an average ratio of 72 to 1
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Hyundai Engineering & Construction's 'Hillstate Songdo The Sky,' launched in B2 Block of District 1, Songdo International City, Incheon, attracted the highest number of applicants in Incheon.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board on the 25th, the subscription results for Hillstate Songdo The Sky, which received first-priority applications the previous day, showed that 58,021 people applied for 804 units (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 72.17 to 1.
This subscription attracted the largest number of applicants among complexes in Incheon. Previously, the complex with the highest number of first-priority applicants in Incheon was 'Songdo The Sharp Central Park Phase 3 (53,181 applicants),' which received applications in September last year at E5 Block, Songdo International City.
The highest competition rate was for the 84㎡B unit, with 14,707 applicants for 54 units, resulting in a competition rate of 272.35 to 1. The 120㎡ units, which had the largest number of general sales units, saw 3,326 applicants for 320 units, showing a competition rate of 10.39 to 1.
Competition rates were also high for the terrace houses and penthouses. The duplex terrace houses designed as 157㎡A, 157㎡B, and 157㎡C recorded competition rates of 6.22 to 1, 33 to 1, and 24 to 1, respectively. The penthouses, 175㎡A and 175㎡B, also showed high competition rates of 39.5 to 1 and 22.5 to 1, respectively.
Meanwhile, Hillstate Songdo The Sky consists of a total of 1,525 units, including 6 buildings (one officetel building), with apartments ranging from 84 to 175㎡ totaling 1,205 units, and residential officetels of 59㎡ totaling 320 units, spanning from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 59 floors above ground. From basement level 1 to the 3rd floor above ground, a commercial facility called 'Sky Avenue' with a total floor area of 25,775㎡ (158 units) will be established within the complex.
