This is the second emergency budget bill following the 8.3 billion dollar bill passed on the 5th. Separately, President Trump has requested Congress to pass an additional 1 trillion dollar economic stimulus package to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and support damages, so the related budget is expected to increase significantly.
