Hanbul Motors Launches 'Safe and Clean Service' Campaign to Overcome COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Hanbul Motors, the official importer of Peugeot, Citro?n, and DS Automobiles, will conduct the 'Safe and Clean Service Campaign' from the 16th to May 30th to prevent and overcome the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
During the campaign period, customers who replace engine oil and oil filters at Peugeot Citro?n nationwide service centers will receive a free antibacterial filter replacement service (parts and labor free of charge). Additionally, all customers who visit the service centers will be given a portable hand sanitizer free of charge.
The disinfection system has also been strengthened so that customers can visit the service centers with peace of mind. The customer lounge and service center facilities are thoroughly disinfected daily, and an hourly reservation system is in place to minimize contact between customers.
Disinfection measures are also being implemented at showrooms. To ensure customers can visit the showroom safely, non-face-to-face consultation activities via phone are being expanded, and a reservation system is operated to allow only one group per hour to visit the showroom to minimize contact between customers. In addition, upon customer visits, focused disinfection is carried out on frequently touched areas such as pathways, doors, steering wheels, and seats inside the display vehicles.
