View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Nexen Tire announced on the 16th that it will launch the ‘Next Level GO’ service, which directly visits consumers at their desired location and time to replace tires.
Next Level GO is a premium service where tire experts visit the customer’s vehicle location with advanced equipment and replace tires without face-to-face contact with the consumer. It is also the first non-face-to-face on-site installation service in the domestic tire industry. Through this, consumers are expected to save time and avoid the hassle of going to replace tires by simply ordering through the Next Level website.
Additionally, Next Level GO offers a pick-up & delivery service where tire experts visit the customer’s desired location to collect the vehicle and keys, replace the tires at a specialized tire shop, and then return the vehicle.
The service will initially start in the metropolitan areas of Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon, and will be expanded nationwide in the future.
To commemorate the launch, an event will be held until the 30th of next month. New members who sign up on the Next Level website will receive tire discount coupons, and discount coupons that can be used immediately will also be provided when purchasing launch event products. Various events, including a mobile gift certificate giveaway through a purchase photo review event, will be offered.
