In the video, Lee Ji-hye is seen lying on a hospital bed wearing a patient gown.
Lee Ji-hye said, "The baby's heart stopped, so I had no choice but to say goodbye," adding, "Many subscribers congratulated me on having a healthy baby, so just sharing this news is emotionally difficult."
She continued, "I am doing okay. I have resolved my mind thinking that I will recover quickly and meet a healthier child next time," and added, "The videos I recorded will probably continue to be released. At the time, I knew I was pregnant and filmed happily, so although it differs from the current situation, I hope you watch them comfortably."

Previously, Lee Ji-hye announced her second pregnancy on the 28th of last month. She married a non-celebrity man older than her in March 2017 and gave birth to her daughter Taeri in 2018.
