314 Companies Hold Regular General Meetings in the Third Week of March... 205 Companies Gather on the 20th Alone
[Asia Economy Reporter Kum Bo-ryeong] A total of 314 listed companies are scheduled to hold their regular general meetings of shareholders in the third week of March.
The Korea Securities Depository announced on the 12th that as of the 9th, a total of 314 listed companies are set to hold their regular general meetings of shareholders from the 16th to the 20th.
By day, 205 companies are concentrated on Friday, the 20th. Among those holding regular general meetings on the 20th are 134 companies from the KOSPI market, including LG Chem and Amorepacific Group, 67 companies from the KOSDAQ market, including Dongkook Pharmaceutical, and 4 companies from the KONEX market, including NGVI.
Additionally, 9 companies including Sempio plan to hold meetings on the 16th, and 10 companies including KT Skylife on the 17th.
On the 18th, 22 companies including Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Mobis, and on the 19th, 68 companies including Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Hotel Shilla have announced their regular general meetings.

A total of 51 companies have already held or are scheduled to hold their regular general meetings up to this week. The Depository's tally shows there are 2,302 listed companies with December fiscal year-end.
