The Central Disease Control Headquarters (CDCH) announced that as of 4 PM on the day, the total number of confirmed cases was 7,478. This is an increase of 96 cases compared to 7,382 cases as of midnight.
The regions and infection routes of the additional confirmed cases were not disclosed. Earlier that morning, 248 cases were confirmed.

The CDCH releases patient statistics twice a day. At 10 AM, they tally confirmed cases from 4 PM the previous day to midnight, and at 5 PM, they tally confirmed cases from midnight to 4 PM on the current day.
