On the 8th, SBS variety show 'My Ugly Duckling' revealed Kim Hyung-mook's health management methods.
In the broadcast, Kim Hyung-mook woke up to an alarm ringing at 4 a.m. Upon waking, he drank vinegar water on an empty stomach and watched the Premier League match featuring soccer player Son Heung-min. While watching the game, Kim Hyung-mook continuously did calisthenics without rest.
When the alarm rang at 5:35 a.m., he drank olive oil and noni juice.
Then, Kim Hyung-mook stretched according to the alarm and studied English conversation while sweating in a half-body bath. He said that longevity without illness is his greatest concern, impressing the cast members in the studio.

After finishing the half-body bath, Kim Hyung-mook prepared breakfast. He set a breakfast table perfectly composed of nutrients including natto, tofu, kimchi, yogurt with healthy ingredients, pork belly, and vegetables.
