Blue House spokesperson Kang Min-seok said, "Currently, only masks for the disabled can be received by proxy, but President Moon's instruction was to apply this more flexibly." President Moon said, "The 5-day rotation system itself is already an inconvenience and restriction to the public," and ordered, "We must ensure that no new inconveniences arise due to the 5-day rotation system."
The government is expected to change guidelines to allow proxy receipt of masks not only for the disabled but also for the elderly and minor children.
