Trump, "No Response to North Korea's Short-Range Missile Launch"
[Asia Economy New York=Correspondent Baek Jong-min] U.S. President Donald Trump commented on North Korea's launch of a 'super-large multiple rocket launcher,' stating that he "does not respond to short-range missiles."
On the 3rd (local time), President Trump was visiting the National Institutes of Health Vaccine Research Center, receiving a briefing and holding a press conference when he was asked by reporters, "What is your response to North Korea's missile launch?" He replied in this manner.
President Trump has maintained the position that although denuclearization talks with North Korea have not progressed following two North Korea-U.S. summits, he does not make special remarks regarding North Korea's short-range missile launches, which are not intercontinental ballistic missiles.
