One Man Killed After Being Hit by Train Near Bucheon Station on Subway Line 1
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Seung-gon] At around 6:50 AM on the 27th, an unidentified man was struck and killed by an Incheon-bound train on the tracks between Bucheon Station and Jung-dong Station on the Gyeongin Line (Seoul Subway Line 1) in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province.
Korea Railroad Corporation (Korail) announced via Twitter at 8:01 AM that "the public accident between Bucheon and Jung-dong Stations today (27th) was cleared by 7:45 AM, and train operations have resumed."
The accident caused delays of up to one hour for trains heading toward Incheon.

A police official stated, "The man was transported to the hospital but ultimately passed away," adding, "We are currently identifying the man's identity and other details."
