Nexon and Netmarble Shift to Remote Work System to "Prevent COVID-19 Spread"
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Nexon and Netmarble are switching to a work-from-home system to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Nexon decided to switch all employees to work-from-home from the 27th until the 2nd of next month, except for the minimum number of staff whose on-site work is unavoidable. They plan to implement work-from-home for three days initially and then decide whether to extend it.
Netmarble also announced, "All employees of Netmarble Company will enter temporary work-from-home from the 27th until the 2nd of next month." The response after work-from-home will be decided through the COVID-19 task force (TF).
Netmarble explained, "To prevent the spread of COVID-19, except for a small number of essential personnel, work-from-home will be implemented for the entire Netmarble Company."
