They also added that side menus are more affordable than main menus, allowing customers to enjoy them without burden.
bhc Chicken's side menu boom began with the 'Dalkombaskak Cheese Ball.' The Dalkombaskak Cheese Ball features a crispy exterior and chewy interior filled with mozzarella cheese, characterized by its sweet and savory taste that captivated the public's palate.
In 2018, it started gaining attention on social networking services (SNS) as a product that pairs well not only with chicken but also with other menu items, rising to become the top-selling side menu. It firmly maintained its position as the number one side menu in sales last year as well.
Released early last year, the 'Ppuring Cheese Ball' incorporates the seasoning of bhc Chicken's signature menu 'Ppuringkle,' allowing customers to experience bhc Chicken's unique taste and characteristics. It established itself as a popular menu following the Dalkombaskak Cheese Ball.
