Gyeonggi Urban公 First Dongtan 2 New Town Sale Housing to Move In March
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Move-in for 'Lake Jayeon & Prugio' in Dongtan 2 New City, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, will begin in March.
Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation announced on the 25th that the usage inspection for Dongtan 2 New City A86 Block (Lake Jayeon & Prugio) has been approved, and move-in will start from next month.
The A86 Block housing construction project, a private-participation apartment project, is the first sale housing developed by Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation in Hwaseong Dongtan 2 New City. The total move-in scale is 704 households.
This apartment is adjacent to Dongtan Lake Park and is surrounded by elementary, middle, and high schools, providing a pleasant and convenient residential environment. In particular, the exterior colors and landscaping of the apartment have received favorable reviews from prospective residents.
Lee Heon-wook, president of Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation, emphasized, "We will continue to strive for housing stability for the homeless and low-income citizens," adding, "We will also construct future rental housing such as middle-class rental housing and long-term lease housing with the same excellent quality as the sale housing."
