Woori Bank Closes 2 Branches Visited by COVID-19 Confirmed Cases
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] Woori Bank has temporarily closed two branches located in Daejeon and Incheon to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
According to the banking sector on the 24th, Woori Bank will suspend operations at the Noeun Branch in Banseok-dong, Daejeon, and the Bupyeong Financial Center branch in Incheon for two days starting today.
These branches were confirmed to have been visited by recent COVID-19 confirmed cases. Woori Bank has completed emergency disinfection measures at the two branches. All employees of the respective branches have been placed under a 14-day self-quarantine.
