Ourhome Introduces Food Therapy Menu to Boost Immunity
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Ourhome announced on the 21st that, as part of its Food Therapy campaign, it will introduce an ‘Immune-Boosting Menu’ at nationwide meal service sites it operates under consignment.
Ourhome selected the ‘Immune-Boosting Food Therapy Menu’ as the campaign theme for the changing season, when interest in cold prevention and immune enhancement increases, and created a customized diet.
For immune-boosting ingredients, garlic, which is excellent for sterilization and antibacterial effects; shiitake mushrooms, which boost energy and strengthen the stomach; and pumpkin, which suppresses headaches and fatigue to enhance immunity, were selected. Using these ingredients, dishes such as ▲Garlic Sauce Basak Bulgogi ▲Spicy Pollack Stew with Cheonggukjang ▲Mushroom Sweet Potato Nutritious Rice ▲Pumpkin Curry Rice will be provided. Additionally, an immune self-diagnosis checklist and recipes for immune-boosting menus that can be easily made at home will also be offered.
An Ourhome official said, “During the changing season with large temperature differences between day and night, balanced nutrition intake is essential as there is a risk of exposure to illnesses such as colds,” adding, “We hope everyone finishes the winter healthily with the immune-boosting menus provided this time.”
