Future United Party Adds Kim Young-hwan and Kim Won-sung as New Supreme Council Members
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] On the 16th, the United Future Party announced that it has confirmed Won Hee-ryong, Governor of Jeju, and Lee Jun-seok, Young Party Vision Committee Chairman of the New Conservative Party, as new Supreme Council members, along with former lawmaker Kim Young-hwan and former Jinjin Party Supreme Council member Kim Won-sung.
New Supreme Council member Kim Young-hwan is a four-term lawmaker who served as Secretary-General of the People's Party and former Minister of Science and Technology, while Supreme Council member Kim Won-sung previously served as head of the Information Analysis Office at the Korea Coast Guard and as a Supreme Council member of the Jinjin Party.
