On the 15th, the Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Tomorrow (the 16th), the country will be under the influence of a trough of low pressure and then enter the edge of a cold continental high pressure system expanding from northern China," adding, "The whole country will be cloudy with rain or snow, which will mostly stop by the morning."
They added, "In Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, and Gangwon Yeongseo, there may be sporadic snowfall until 9 PM."
The expected precipitation on the 16th is 5 to 20 mm nationwide.
