[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] AIBIT announced on the 14th that it recorded an operating profit of 3.1 billion KRW on a consolidated basis last year, marking a 19% growth compared to the previous year. Sales remained at a similar level, totaling 37.4 billion KRW.
Efforts to improve financial soundness through debt-free management and operational efficiency contributed to the performance improvement. AIBIT lowered the cost ratio from the previous 67% to 61%, and also improved the current ratio and debt ratio. The company plans to continuously secure financial soundness going forward.
AIBIT expects steady sales this year based on the already secured orders for display inspection equipment. In addition to R&D aimed at enhancing technological capabilities, the company plans to continue investing in new businesses with high growth potential.
