KB Insurance Launches 14th Generation of 'KB Hope Supporters'
Operation for Approximately the Next 4 Months
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] KB Insurance announced on the 14th that it held the inauguration ceremony for the 14th class of its official customer panel, 'KB Hope Supporters,' at the main conference room of its headquarters located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The KB Hope Supporters, a customer panel system operated since 2012 to enhance service quality from the customer's perspective, will be active for about four months following the inauguration ceremony held that day.
The nine panelists selected for the 14th class will directly experience KB Insurance’s online and offline services and propose improvements from the customer's point of view.
Over the past eight years, KB Insurance has engaged with about 90 panelists through this system, receiving more than 700 ideas proposed by them. The KB Hope Supporters customer panels are used as a continuous customer feedback channel, providing diverse customer voices on products, advertising, and customer marketing from the customer's perspective.
