Kyowon Group Obtains 'Information Security Management System' Certification
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Kyowon Group announced on the 12th that it has obtained the Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification granted by the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).
The entities that received the information security capability certification this time are Kyowon Group's integrated mall 'K Members', the educational content platform 'All&Gee Smart Learning', and Kyowon The Orum 'online shopping mall'.
The ISMS certification focuses on security reliability to protect and safely manage important information assets such as corporate information and personal data.
Through standards such as management system and protection measures requirements for information security within the company, professional auditors thoroughly examine whether the company's information security management system meets the certification criteria, and certification is granted if the standards are satisfied.
A Kyowon Group official said, "We consider whether customer data can be safely protected and utilized as the core of digital competitiveness," adding, "We will continue to strengthen the information security system so that customers can use the group's services with greater peace of mind and safety."
