[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Hanwha Solutions will also halt operations at its domestic factories due to difficulties in importing parts from China caused by the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
On the 11th, Hanwha Solutions held a board meeting and decided to temporarily suspend operations at its solar module manufacturing plants in Jincheon and Eumseong, Chungbuk Province.
The Jincheon plant will stop production from the 12th to the 23rd, with partial operations planned from the 17th to the 20th depending on the supply of some materials. The Eumseong plant will halt production for six days, from the 18th to the 23rd.
