Yesty Secures Order for OLED Module Equipment
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Yesty, a developer of display and semiconductor heat treatment equipment, announced on the 6th that it has received an order for lamination equipment from Sekyung Hightech. The delivery is scheduled by April 13.
Yesty has supplied key equipment such as autoclaves, TCUs, furnaces, VDOs, and ovens in its existing display equipment lineup. With the order for lamination equipment, it has additionally introduced equipment for organic light-emitting diode (OLED) applications. Lamination equipment is a core process in foldable and smartphone OLED module manufacturing. It is used in all autoclave processes.
A Yesty representative stated, "By receiving the order for lamination equipment, we expect synergy effects in the front and rear processes of the module line along with the existing autoclave." He added, "We will actively supply lamination equipment, which we have been focusing on since 2018."
