On the same day, former spokesperson Go said this in response to the host's question, "How would you respond to lawmaker Shin's remark?" on CBS Radio's 'Kim Hyun-jung's News Show' (News Show).
When asked if she has a preferred electoral district, former spokesperson Go said, "If I say where I want to go, it will be difficult for the party to place me somewhere," adding, "In the end, it becomes me giving the guide. I am currently leaving the overall plan to those in the party who have more experience than I do," choosing her words carefully.
She stated, "I do have confidence," and added, "Some may criticize, asking 'On what basis do you have such groundless confidence?' but I think that confidence is an asset I have because I am young."
She continued, "From the opposing side's perspective, it means I lack experience, but that also means I have no political debts or liabilities," adding, "That means there are fewer things I need to be concerned about or consider regardless of what I do."
Regarding claims that her lack of political experience means a lack of ability, former spokesperson Go said, "I want to deny that. I am someone who has closely observed the Moon Jae-in administration's governance for two years and seven months," and countered, "If even someone with such experience is said to have no experience, does that mean politics should only be done by existing established politicians?"
When asked, "Between lawmaker Na from Dongjak District and former mayor Oh Se-hoon from Gwangjin District, whom would you like to meet?" she replied, "Strategically, I look at where I can exert the greatest strength. Honestly, where I can win is not my main concern."
She added, "Because I did not come out with the desire to wear a badge," and explained, "My utmost concern is how progressive and reformist forces can receive more choices from the people."
Earlier, on the previous day, lawmaker Shin appeared on the 'News Show' and answered "Yes" to the question, "Does the Korean Party see lawmaker Na, former spokesperson Go, and former judge Lee Su-jin as not being on the same level?"

Lawmaker Shin criticized, "Former spokesperson Go has little experience being evaluated for political competence. Her only experience is as Blue House spokesperson and previously as an announcer," adding, "Being Blue House spokesperson is her only political experience. Looking at her past remarks, I think she has made many statements that were rather disconnected from public sentiment."
