LGU+ Launches CCTV Products Specialized for Medium and Large Stores
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] LG Uplus announced on the 4th that it will launch a new group-type product for its comprehensive security solution 'U+ Intelligent CCTV.'
The group-type product is designed for consumers who want to manage medium to large stores with many cameras or multiple business sites at once. It is offered at 11,000 KRW per camera per month (including VAT) and can be installed from 9 cameras up to the desired number. U+ Intelligent CCTV uses a cloud-based system, so there is no need to purchase or install separate video storage devices.
LG Uplus also plans to provide a PC-based 'video monitoring program' free of charge for customers with many cameras. Using the dedicated monitoring program, up to 147 high-definition CCTV videos can be monitored simultaneously on a single PC. A 'video sharing' feature will also be introduced, allowing internal footage of businesses such as postpartum care centers and pet hotels to be shared.
