Jang Dong-woo, Former Director at Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Appointed as Head of Housing Regeneration Division at Gyeonggi Urban Corporation
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Jang Dong-woo, former Director of the Management Bureau at the Seoul Regional Land Management Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, was inaugurated as the Head of the Housing Regeneration Headquarters at Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation on the 31st.
Director Jang began his public service career in 1993 as a Grade 7 official at the Ministry of Construction and gained specialized experience in policy formulation and execution related to housing, land, and audits at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. He is particularly recognized as the right person to smoothly carry out key policies of Gyeonggi Province, such as housing welfare and urban regeneration.
Director Jang stated, "Based on my experience in implementing housing-related policies, I will do my best to resolve Gyeonggi Province's housing issues without any setbacks during the 7th elected administration."
