The disciplinary action was taken because co-representative Hong engaged in related activities, such as making announcements about the founding of the Pro-Park Shin Party at a YouTube Federation press conference. According to the Our Republican Party regulations, urging resignation is the second highest level of discipline after expulsion, and if a resignation letter is not submitted within 10 days, expulsion will be enforced.
