Launched in 2004 as the first children-only insurance product, this plan has sold over 3.57 million policies until last year, covering approximately 45% of newborns, making it a representative children's insurance.
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance acquired the exclusive usage right by covering congenital anomalies that were previously excluded from coverage in existing insurance policies, such as injury surgeries due to congenital malformations, hospitalization for congenital brain diseases, and emergency room outpatient treatment fees, thereby eliminating coverage gaps caused by congenital abnormalities.
It also comprehensively covers high-cost illnesses such as multiple pediatric cancers, the four major disabilities, benign brain tumors, as well as child liability, vision correction, rhinitis, and atopy risks.
