Mirae Asset Global Investments announced on the 20th that 135 people participated in the '32nd Mirae Asset Uri Ai Global Leader Expedition' held in Shenzhen, China. As a result, the total number of participants since the program's inception in 2006 reached 13,006.
This event was held twice (January 8-11 and 15-18) in Shenzhen, China, targeting middle school students selected from subscribers of the industry's largest children's funds, 'Mirae Asset Uri Ai 300 Million Making G1 Fund' and 'Mirae Asset Uri Ai Chindia Sector Representative Fund.' The program was funded by allocating 15% each from the fees of Mirae Asset Global Investments and each distributor, making participation free of charge.
Participants experienced cutting-edge drone technology from DJI, the world's leading drone manufacturer, and visited BYD, China's largest electric vehicle company. They also visited Hema Xiansheng, a new-concept grocery store established by Alibaba, where they purchased items using Alipay, and toured the headquarters of robot company 'Dobot,' aerospace company 'Guangqi Science,' and IoT home appliance company 3NOD.
