The CEO On-site Office is a customer participation system where the CEO visits key regional areas to communicate with customers and reflect their voices in management. It was launched in August last year.
Shinhan Life applied a system to listen to satisfaction and opinions at each stage based on customer feedback that improvements should be found through satisfaction surveys after insurance claims and payments. Additionally, customer ideas and opinions have been applied or are being prepared in practice, such as simplifying subscription documents, developing products to enhance insurance needs of young customers, and providing various services for VIP customers.
At the on-site office that day, President Sung Dae-gyu, along with the Chief Consumer Protection Officer (CCO), Head of the FC Business Division, and 28 customers and planners from the Busan area participated as on-site panelists.
