On the 16th, the Gwangju Nambu Police Station announced that three people, including A (51), were booked without detention on charges of assault for exchanging punches during a dispute over apartment noise.
They are accused of engaging in a physical fight and throwing punches around 9:30 p.m. the previous day at an apartment in Nam-gu, Gwangju.
A reportedly moved into the apartment around 9 p.m. and was complained to by B (38), who lived in the downstairs unit, about noise from above.
